Before you contact us, please have a look through and see if your question is answered below, otherwise we will gladly get back to you as soon as possible.

For all ticketing and booking or exchange enquiries, especially those in connection with an existing booking, please contact your original point of purchase.


I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TICKETS YET, WHAT DO I DO?

In the first instance, we recommend checking all junk/spam email folders, or speaking to your original point of purchase or the venue direct. When making an enquiry, please ensure you have your original booking reference to hand in order to speed up the process.

Sensitive Box Office data and ticketing information are not handled through this webiste. For all ticketing enquiries, please contact your original point of purchase.


I CAN'T ATTEND THE PERFORMANCE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you need to exchange your tickets or can no longer attend a performance, we strongly recommend speaking to your original point of purchase, no ticketing queries can be handled via the contact form on this website. 

When making an enquiry, please ensure you have your original booking reference to hand in order to speed up the process.  


HOW LONG IS THE SHOW?

A typical performance of SIX lasts 80 minutes, without an interval.


IS THERE AN AGE RECOMMENDATION?

SIX is recommended for ages 10 & up. The age recommendation is there for guidance only, with any younger patrons attending at the discretion of accompanying adults but must have a ticket and be able to sit unsupported in a seat, accompanied by an adult. 

Each audience member will need their own ticket and we recommend looking over our show warnings section below. 

Any person aged under 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged at least 18 years and older.


ARE THERE ANY SHOW WARNINGS?

As a pop-concert inspired musical, please note that performances of SIX include flashing lights, strobe effects, theatrical haze and loud music throughout.

This production contains some adult themes, including discussions of miscarriage and personal trauma of a physical and sexual nature.


HOW DO I BOOK ACCESS TICKETS, AND IS THE VAUDEVILLE THEATRE ACCESSIBLE?

The Vaudeville Theatre is accessible, with wheelchair user access also provided. There are also a number of access performances, including Captioned, Audio Described and BSL Interpreted.

For all other productions of SIX, we recommend checking with the venue direct. 


WHEN IS THE SHOW BOOKING UNTIL?

SIX in London is currently booking until April 2024.

The UK Tour is currently scheduled up until spring 2024, with further dates regularly added.


CAN I MEET THE QUEENS?

Due to extremely high-demand, we are unable to arrange any meet and greets with cast members. Similarly, to ensure the safety of audiences and staff, meeting cast members before or after the show is currently prohibited at Stage Door.


HOW CAN I FIND OUT IF A SPECIFIC CAST MEMBERS IS PERFORMING?

Please note that we cannot guarantee the appearance of specific performers. Cast members’ performance schedules are subject to change, including unavailability, holidays or illness.


DO YOU DO ANY “SHOUT-OUTS” WITHIN THE SHOW?

Due to the nature of the production and the way it is written and performed, shout-outs or personalised moments are not possible.


CAN I GET A SIGNED PROGRAMME, PHOTO OR VIDEO MESSAGE?

Due to high-demand we are unable to arrange signed items or provide any personalised media.


WHEN IS THE BOX OFFICE OPEN?

The Vaudeville Theatre Box Office is currently closed on Mondays, but open Tuesday to Sunday from 12pm to 8pm, and available for telephone bookings at the same time.  Alternatively bookings can be made online 24 hours a day via Nimax Theatres or SIX Tickets, or via external third-party ticketing agents.

For all other productions of SIX, we recommend checking each venue website. 


WHAT IS THE PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE?

SIX in London currently plays Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 8pm, Saturdays 4pm and 8pm and Sundays 3pm and 7pm.

For UK Tour performance schedules vary, please check with your local venue for specific schedules.


CAN I BRING A GROUP OR SCHOOL PARTY?

With various rates available, including free teacher tickets, please speak to Nimax Theatres Groups Department on 0330 333 4817, by emailing [email protected] or visiting their website


WHERE CAN I BUY MERCHANDISE?

A wide range of official SIX merchandise can be purchased in person before or after performances of SIX at the Vaudeville Theatre or on the UK Tour, or online, subject to availability.

Alternatively you can purchase SIX merchandise online.


HOW CAN I BOOK TICKETS TO SEE SIX?

You can book tickets to SIX at the Vaudeville Theatre in London via Nimax Theatres or SIX Tickets, or via external third-party ticketing agents.

For tickets to the UK tour, we recommend checking the current tour schedule on our website or checking with your nearest venue.


WHAT ARE YOUR CURRENT COVID-19 POLICIES?

We are currently performing to 100% capacity and masks are not currently mandatory to audiences, you are welcome to wear a face covering if you wish.


If you, or a member of your party, are displaying symptoms, please contact your original point of purchase as soon as possible to discuss the possibility of exchanging your tickets to a later date. Please note, exchange requests should be made at least 48 hours before the performance.
