INFORMATION FOR TICKET HOLDERS

We are so sorry that in these testing and difficult times you are not able to enjoy the performance of SIX The Musical you have booked for. We are initially cancelling all performances until 26 April 2020, whilst we wait for further clarity from the government.

IF YOU HAVE BOOKED FOR A PERFORMANCE OF SIX THE MUSICAL WHICH WAS SCHEDULED BETWEEN 16 MARCH 2020 and 26 APRIL 2020

The performance has definitely been cancelled and all ticket holders are entitled to a refund. Contact and other information varies according to where the ticket was bought.

Booked with SIX Tickets:

If you booked a ticket through SIX The Musical at tickets.sixthemusical.com for a performance in this period, there is nothing that you need to do, your refund will be processed automatically*.

Booked with the Venue:

If you booked through the venue on the phone, in person, by post, at artstheatrewestend.co.uk for a performance in this period, there is nothing that you need to do, your refund will be processed automatically.

Booked through another Sales Point:

If you booked through any other sales point it is likely that your refund will be processed automatically but you should check that sales point’s website for confirmation and for any other details.

If you are unsure who your ticket provider is, please check the physical ticket or confirmation email as applicable and visit the website or customer service contact points listed.
As you can imagine, all sales points have an unprecedented number of ticket orders to process. We and all our sales points ask for your patience and understanding as the current circumstances means that it is impossible to process all tickets within the usual 14 days. We do not recommend that you contact your sales point or credit card company for the time being as all staff will be dedicated to managing the refund process.

IF YOU HAVE BOOKED FOR A PERFORMANCE OF SIX THE MUSICAL SCHEDULED FOR AFTER 26 APRIL 2020

We will publish further information here as soon as we have it.

We look forward to welcoming you back as soon as we are allowed to resume performances.

* For SIX The Musical bookers only: Bookings made through SIX The Musical are made online only and can be identified by a confirmation email from “SIX The Musical”. If you did not book online or have a confirmation email in any other name, you did not book through SIX The Musical. SIX The Musical bookers do not need to contact us at the moment, refunds are being made in date order and no customer action is required. If you booked through SIX The Musical for a performance between 16 March and 26 April and you do not receive your refund by 20 April, please contact us at [email protected] and we will look into it as soon as we can.
